Once you become a client, our team will create a secure account for you and send you an invitation email with setup instructions. You'll be able to set your password and configure 2-factor authentication during your first login. If you haven't received your invitation, please contact our support team.

2-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring both your password and a verification code from your phone or authenticator app. Yes, 2FA is required for all client portal accounts to ensure maximum security for your project data and communications. We support SMS codes and authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy.

The client portal gives you complete project visibility and control. You can view project timelines and milestones, access deliverables and documentation, report bugs and track their resolution, communicate directly with our team through secure messaging, schedule meetings with project managers, review and approve design mockups, track billing and invoices, and manage your account settings and profile information.

Inside the portal, you'll find a "Schedule Meeting" button that integrates with our team's calendars. You can see available time slots, select the team members you need to meet with, and book directly. You'll receive calendar invites with video conferencing links automatically. You can also send meeting requests through the messaging system if you need a specific time outside regular availability.

Your portal is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, 2-factor authentication, regular security audits and penetration testing, secure data centers with redundant backups, role-based access controls, and session timeout after inactivity. All communications and file uploads are encrypted end-to-end. We comply with industry-standard security practices and regulations.

On the portal login page (portal.gu-ape.com), click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a secure password reset link via email within a few minutes. Follow the link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email or have trouble resetting your password, contact our support team and we'll help you regain access securely.
